After 25 years, we were finally able to design/build our dream home and Chris was by our side through every phase. John and I started our home building process by searching local home builders and reviewing their websites. We met with 2 other home builders in the process before we met with Chris. We were very nervous being as this was our first time to build. However, we met with Chris and not only did we feel comfortable with him, we felt that he was the right person for us. Boy were we absolutely right!

Chris sat us down and answered every question, honestly and professionally, that we had from beginning to end. He never hesitated to give us his honest opinion of our vision and he promised to stay within in our set budget. Not only did we come in under budget but Chris went above and beyond the call to make sure we knew and understood every single step in the process. With John being out of town so often with his job, Chris really stepped up to keep me informed and spoke with John on a regular basis by phone.

His assistant Linda was amazing! She also answered every question, phone call, and email that we threw at her (and there were many!). She walked us through, step by step, to help design a beautiful interior for our dream home. Linda made the process a breeze with her honest and professional opinions. We could not have made it through this process without her guidance.

Chris and Linda have gone out of their way to make sure we were not only on schedule, but completely satisfied with our home. Chris still stops by now and then to make sure everything is ok! We highly recommend Three Oaks Homes to family and friends. His continuing follow ups have really made us feel like valued customers.
